This pretty postcard of a beach on the West coast of Denmark was sent to me by Rila, who is also from the country. It would appear from the way in which the plants gorw that this beach might be a windy one but then again, I don’t really know. Nor do I know exactly where this beach is, so I shall not be posting any facts. Thank you Rila!
This great postcard comes from Debbie. It wasn’t until I received this postcard that I realised that I hadn’t received a postcard from Denmark in ages. It shows Skamlingsbanken, which is a hill topping 113 meters between Kolding and Christianfeld in Denmark. The hill has served many public meetings over the ages and atop the hill is a column that stretches 16 meters high and serves as a memorial for 18 important historical figures of the Danish history. Pretty cool to know, thank you Debbie!
